Register & Find Employer

Gasfitting in BC is regulated by Technical Safety BC. Register and find a licensed employer to begin your apprenticeship.

Yr 1~1500 hrs

Class B Gasfitter

Learn fundamentals of gas piping, appliance connection, and safety systems. Class B allows you to work on residential gas appliances.

Yr 2~3000 hrs

Class A Gasfitter

Commercial and industrial gas systems, high-pressure lines, gas train assemblies. Class A is the full certification.

AfterCert

Technical Safety BC License

Pass the Technical Safety BC licensing exam. You are now a licensed Gasfitter in BC โ€” one of the most respected credentials in the province.
